What is Comprehensive Energy Psychology and what can it do for me and my loved ones?

Comprehensive Energy Psychology (CEP) is a “collection of mind-body approaches for understanding and improving human functioning. CEP focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, sensations, and behaviors, and known bioenergy systems (such as meridians and the biofield). These systems and processes exist, and interact within individuals and between people. They are also influenced by cultural and environmental factors.” -from the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP). CEP utilizes multiple techniques, including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or “tapping”, Chakra work, and Biofield work.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) are an evidence-based form of psychological acupressure and biofeedback, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over 5,000 years. Tapping with the fingertips on these acupoints is used to input kinetic energy onto specific meridians while you think about a specific problem. This combination of tapping the acupuncture points, while attuning to the specific problem of your choice, works to clear emotional blocks from your body's bioenergy system. This helps restore your mind and body's balance, which is essential for optimal health. Often this process assists people in developing new insights about themselves, their relationships, and their life.

Along with EFT sessions, I also offer Chakra Healing Sessions, Biofield Work, Access Bars, Solfeggio Sound Healing, and Spiritual Life Coaching.

Chakras are energy centers within the body, and each chakra correlates to specific physical and emotional processes. These energy centers can be out of balance, which may cause various unwanted emotional and physical symptoms.

The Biofield is a protective energy field surrounding your body, like a bubble. There can be holes or tears in your biofield, or stuck energy, causing imbalance.

Spiritual Life Coaching Session: Life coaching sessions help to guide you towards connecting with your inner light. We will focus on figuring out what you want to create in your life, in measurable terms, and create a plan of action to achieve those outcomes. With the support of a life coach, it’s possible to receive guidance and encouragement as you move forward towards fulfilling what matters to you. Coaching focuses on the here and now. It’s solution-focused and goal-oriented. I aim to help you gain clarity on your goals and develop a customized road map to get you there.

What is Access Bars? During an Access Bars session, I will lightly touch specific points on your head, hands, and feet, which dissipates the electromagnetic charge locked in your brain by thoughts, feelings, and emotions stored over lifetimes. https://www.accessconsciousness.com

What is Solfeggio Sound Healing? I may incorporate the use of body tuning forks in your session. Sound helps to facilitate shifts in the brainwave state.
